CRM Manager  

Location: Sheffield – Hybrid (2/3 days in office) 

Salary: £40-£50k DOE 

Reporting line: You will report directly to our Client Operations Manager, ensuring alignment with firmwide goals and priorities. 

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Manager to own, develop and optimise our HubSpot platform across the firm. This role is central to how we manage client relationships, support business development, and deliver a consistent and high-quality experience across our entire client lifecycle. 

Working closely with the Business Development, Client Operations, Account Management, Marketing, Compliance, Technology and Finance teams, you will ensure HubSpot is configured, adopted and used effectively to support the full client lifecycle, from first enquiry through onboarding, ongoing engagement and billing support.

You will act as the firm’s go-to expert for HubSpot, ensuring the CRM is clean, automated where appropriate, and aligned with how the business actually operates. You will also take ownership of user management and platform governance, overseeing access controls and permissions, and designing and delivering training to internal teams to drive consistent adoption and embed CRM best practice across the firm. 

This is a hands-on role with real influence, suited to someone who enjoys improving processes, building practical automations, working closely with stakeholders, and turning data into meaningful insight and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the firm’s HubSpot subject matter expert, owning day-to-day administration, configuration and optimisation of the platform. 

  • Design, maintain and improve reports, pipelines, workflows, automations, forms and dashboards aligned to firm processes. 

  • Work with the Business Development team to support lead management, client onboarding and account management workflows. 

  • Ensure high-quality data management, including data integrity, reporting accuracy and GDPR compliance. 

  • Develop and maintain management dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making and performance tracking. 

  • Support integration between HubSpot and other firm systems, working with internal IT and external suppliers where required. 

  • Provide training, guidance and documentation to users across the firm to drive adoption and best practice. 

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the client experience through automation and improved CRM usage. 

  • Support change initiatives involving the CRM, including new features, process changes and system rollouts. 

  • Support user onboarding, training, and best practices 

  • Stay up to date with HubSpot features and recommend improvements proactively 

What we are looking for  

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Service Hub) 

  • Strong understanding of lifecycle management and CRM architecture, data models, and automation logic 

  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, optimisation of leads and using data to optimise conversion 

  • Experience with workflows, custom properties, lists, and reporting 

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions 

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modelling and data validation. 

Nice to Have 

  • HubSpot certifications 

  • Experience with Revenue Operations or CRM migrations 

  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or custom integrations 

  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / high-growth environments
