Role Purpose

As an Operational Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for managing the operational process of policy placement, coordinating with insurance companies and clients to offer alternatives that meet their needs and support the sustainable growth of the business.

Your role will be key in ensuring efficient policy management, supporting the development of new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with clients across the bank’s different segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing insurance quotes with insurers
• Monitoring and following up on the policy portfolio
• Operational management of insurance policies
• Regulatory compliance and ongoing training
• Continuous process improvement

What profile are we looking for?

A well-organized, customer-oriented professional with an interest in developing a career in the insurance and financial services industry.

Key requirements:

• High school diploma
• Initial experience (0–1 year) in insurance, sales, or customer service
• Basic knowledge of insurance policies and insurance market regulations
• Interest in building a career in the insurance sector
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with an agile mindset
