Senior AI Engineer – Multi-Agent Systems | Pharma - Hybrid
Job Overview
We are looking for a "Senior AI Engineer – Multi-Agent Systems" who will offer service to one of our clients in the technology/security sector.
You will collaborate with cross-functional project teams, where your main mission will be to design and develop an advanced multi-agent system to support the triage and decision-making process of security incidents.
TASKS🚀:
Design, develop, and maintain multi-agent architectures for incident triage and decision support.
Develop and refine machine learning models to assess, classify, and score security incidents.
Integrate and orchestrate multiple AI agents, tools, protocols, (e.g., MCP), and enterprise data sources.
Implement advanced AI techniques such as LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to automate workflows
Ensure scalability, security, and robustness of agent-based systems in enterprise environments.
Deploy and manage AI solutions using containerization technologies such as Docker and OpenShift
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI agents in production environments.
Document system logic, workflows, architecture decisions, and results for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with technical experts and business stakeholders to align solutions with project goals.
SKILLS 🤹:
Proven experience designing, building, and deploying agent-based AI systems in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration frameworks, and AI workflow automation.
Deep understanding of agent toolchains and best practices for scaling agent architectures.
Strong proficiency in Python and related programming languages for AI development and automation.
Experience with Docker, OpenShift, and model lifecycle management tools such as MLflow (or similar).
Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise APIs and protocols.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
Fluent English.
NICE TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
• +5 years of experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, or similar roles.
• Previous experience developing AI-based decision support systems.
• Experience in cybersecurity environments (not mandatory).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
SCHEDULE 🕘:
08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
3 days by remote & 2 days on-site.
Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona)
