What You Will Do:
Monitoring of customers and potentially fraudulent activity related transactions by investigating alerts generated in Luminor’s anti-financial crime systems
Analysing customers' information and transactions using Luminor's systems, public databases and records
Maintaining contact with structural units responsible for communication with customers to obtain information about customer's activity
Identification of suspicious and unusual activity related with fraud, preparation of a summary of investigation and overview of customer’s activity and escalation to respective units if needed
Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment
What We Expect:
University degree in law, economics, business management or any related field
Previous experience in managing fraud prevention, detection and investigation activities within financial crime operations
High level of responsibility, initiative, and “can do” mindset
Objectivity and analytical thinking, with the ability to remain independent and focused on quality and operational excellence
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication

Gross salary. 2340-3500 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
