What You Will Do:

  • Monitoring of customers and potentially fraudulent activity related transactions by investigating alerts generated in Luminor’s anti-financial crime systems

  • Analysing customers' information and transactions using Luminor's systems, public databases and records

  • Maintaining contact with structural units responsible for communication with customers to obtain information about customer's activity

  • Identification of suspicious and unusual activity related with fraud, preparation of a summary of investigation and overview of customer’s activity and escalation to respective units if needed

  • Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment

What We Expect: 

  • University degree in law, economics, business management or any related field

  • Previous experience in managing fraud prevention, detection and investigation activities within financial crime operations

  • High level of responsibility, initiative, and “can do” mindset

  • Objectivity and analytical thinking, with the ability to remain independent and focused on quality and operational excellence

  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
