Italian NDT/Welding Inspector with boiler fabrication

We are looking for an Italian Inspector with relevant experience in Boilers starting from September near Shanghai, China
He needs to have NDT level, relevant previous experience in boiler fabrication, better if welding inspector as well.
Key details:
Duration 1 year
Shift 75 at site (included 2 days of travel) and 15 at home.
Working day: Monday Friday 10/h day
Meal and Lodging reimbursed at cost
Flight and local transportation reimbursed at cost
