What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead strategic business development initiatives to grow market share across the APAC region
• Secure and deliver permanent recruitment projects through effective leadership of recruitment and client relationship teams
• Manage a cross-national team based locally and in the UK, ensuring alignment and collaboration across strategic projects
• Build and nurture relationships with government bodies, industry associations, and strategic partners
• Own the full pre-sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation
• Oversee project execution, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement across recruitment operations and delivery processes
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, embedding capability frameworks and fostering career progression
• Act as a senior escalation point for client relationships, supporting strategic engagement and retention
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to support business growth
• Ensure structured handover of new business initiatives and enable internal teams for successful delivery
