Interim – Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Medical Advisor Finland
Job Overview
Haeger & Carlsson Executive Search and Interim is searching for candidates to take on a consultant role as Pharma MSL/Medical Advisor in Finland. Our customer is an exciting and highly scientific Pharma company with new interesting medicines coming to the market.
Placement: Southern Finland, preferably the Helsinki/Uusimaa region
Start: February or March 2026
Duration: >10 months, until end of December 2026
Employment: Full-time, temporary position
Key responsibilities
Customer-facing role – meeting Finnish KOL and other important stakeholders
Primary point of contact locally for therapeutic area support for assigned product/s
Working closely with Nordic colleagues – cooperating and supporting colleagues with local insight and market launch preparations
Helping to build a local Advisory Board and Expert Group
Qualifications
University degree within Life Science, i.e. pharmacy, medicine or biochemistry
Pharmaceutical industry experience from previous medical affairs roles within neurology or psychiatry
You as a person
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Have excellent teamworking skills and are good at networking both internally and externally
Can make decisions and act proactively, and have a solution-oriented approach
Have excellent ability to present scientific data and natural high interest in the medical field
Have excellent knowledge of Finnish and English, both spoken and written
