Job Overview

Duties and responsibilities

System Management & Product Setup:

  • Execute all technical product setups, including the creation of Decoration Documents, Raw Materials, and Manufacturer Part Numbers within Oracle PLM.

  • Ensure all data entry is extremely detail-oriented to prevent downstream supply chain errors.

Sample & Vendor Lifecycle:

  • Manage the end-to-end sample process, from creating requisitions and POs in Oracle EBS to aggressive follow-up with vendor partners on status and delivery.

  • Attend vendor meetings as needed to facilitate clear communication.

Financial & Administrative Tracking:

  • Maintain the Pre-Costing Sheet, meticulously tracking sample status, PO numbers, and logistical updates.

  • Support client meetings by capturing technical notes and maintaining the Product Approval Spreadsheet.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally within a promotional merchandise agency.

  • Extreme detail orientation and the ability to multi-task in a high-speed environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and preferred experience with Oracle PLM, Salesforce and tech curious and savvy
