Job Overview
Duties and responsibilities
System Management & Product Setup:
Execute all technical product setups, including the creation of Decoration Documents, Raw Materials, and Manufacturer Part Numbers within Oracle PLM.
Ensure all data entry is extremely detail-oriented to prevent downstream supply chain errors.
Sample & Vendor Lifecycle:
Manage the end-to-end sample process, from creating requisitions and POs in Oracle EBS to aggressive follow-up with vendor partners on status and delivery.
Attend vendor meetings as needed to facilitate clear communication.
Financial & Administrative Tracking:
Maintain the Pre-Costing Sheet, meticulously tracking sample status, PO numbers, and logistical updates.
Support client meetings by capturing technical notes and maintaining the Product Approval Spreadsheet.

Qualifications
1β2 years of administrative experience, ideally within a promotional merchandise agency.
Extreme detail orientation and the ability to multi-task in a high-speed environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and preferred experience with Oracle PLM, Salesforce and tech curious and savvy
