Job Overview
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading international online gambling and gaming company to recruit a Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisor for their Customer Service Department in Sliema, Malta. The role focuses on providing excellent customer support across betting, payments and account-related enquiries via Live Chat, email and phone.
Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hybrid, Sliema, Malta (office)
To Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with customers through Live Chat, telephone and email, ensuring clear and efficient communication
Use internal tools to investigate and resolve customer enquiries, coordinating with various departments and escalating issues within the Customer Service department as needed
Resolve customer requests and complaints promptly and courteously
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of policies, procedures and licensing requirements to provide accurate information
Promote and advocate for responsible gambling practices among customers
Participate in training and ongoing development to continuously build knowledge and skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in Danish and strong communication in English, both verbal and written.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to work with various technologies to investigate, communicate and resolve customer enquiries
Active listener with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored support
Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service
Eagerness to expand personal knowledge and skills
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Creative problem-solving capabilities to resolve challenges independently
Strong individual and team collaboration skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
