Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Overview
TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries.
We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.
We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.
Responsibilities
• Hiring prioritization & capacity management: defines what’s “P0/P1” vs. can wait; aligns recruiter focus with business priorities; escalates when timelines or requirements are unrealistic.
• Delivery governance & quality: ensures interview plans, competency criteria, scorecards, and decision-making are calibrated and consistently applied.
• Performance leadership: manages/mentors recruiters and TA Partners; balances workloads; reviews pipeline health; supports complex searches and improves conversion at critical funnel stages.
• Stakeholder management & escalation: handles the toughest hiring managers and teams (unclear profiles, slow feedback, constant scope changes); drives accountability and cadence.
• Delivery metrics & reporting: owns the delivery dashboard (e.g., time-to-slate, time-to-hire, interview-to-offer, offer acceptance rate) and leads actions to improve outcomes.
• Hands-on hiring for critical roles: personally leads or co-leads high-impact, sensitive, or hard-to-fill vacancies (e.g., strategic leadership roles, urgent business-critical hires, confidential searches), stepping in where success depends on senior expertise and tight stakeholder alignment.
What makes you the perfect fit
• 7+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including 1+ year in a leadership/cross-functional leadership role
• Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring, including complex and hard-to-fill roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring recruiters and balancing workloads
• Ability to prioritize hiring needs, manage capacity, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
• Data-driven approach, with experience improving hiring metrics and pipeline performance
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and handle challenging hiring scenarios
• Experience working in international or distributed teams
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Russian is a plus)
