Job Description
- Receiving order from private customers
- Placing order with supplier through planner
- Invoicing the materials after receiving the items in stock
- Following with finance and distribution for customer delivery
- Make sure all items delivered as reagent, calibrator, and control
- Follow up with distribution team for the delivery to customers.
- Preparing official sales offer for sales team
- Sales analysis for the stock and short dated items.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator not less than 3 years
- Experience in Medical Diagnostics & Lab Supplies is a huge plus
- ERP Experience (preferred Oracle)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
