This is a fully remote role, we are hiring Australia-wide!

About The Role
As our New Member Coordinator, you’ll be the first friendly voice many farming families hear. This role is primarily focused on handling inbound phone calls from warm leads —people who’ve already shown interest or engaged with our wider community (e.g. participated at one of our events or a webinar).
This is not hard selling. It’s about listening deeply, asking great questions, and helping families see what’s possible with the right support. You'll help nurture interest, answer questions, and ensure each family feels genuinely supported from their very first conversation.
From time to time, you may also assist with light outbound follow-ups. All conversations are with people who know us and want to hear from us, no cold calling.
A Day In The Life Of...
Start your day from anywhere, provided you have a quiet work space and strong internet connection — check emails and plan your priorities for the day - this is absolutely key to be successful in this role!
Log into our systems and get ready to connect with farming families across Australia.
You will have 20-30 phone calls booked in your calendar each day with warm leads, these calls can be anywhere from 5-20 min long.
Follow our scripts to build rapport, ask meaningful questions, and gather key business details (e.g. size, enterprise type, challenges, goals).
Use our CRM and AI tools to capture call summaries, track data, and manage follow-ups.
Re-engage past contacts and check in with short course participants to support their next steps.
Help manage the coaching team’s calendar by ensuring consistent, balanced bookings.
Attend regular team meetings or 1:1s for collaboration and continuous improvement.
Set aside time weekly for personal development and learning—because growth matters.

You understand and connect with the rural lifestyle—or better yet, you’ve lived it.
You are super organised, you love structure, routine, and following a well-crafted plan.
You’re naturally curious and love chatting to people—especially about their lives, work, and goals.
You’re a clear, confident communicator and know how to listen.
You’re emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and don’t take rejection personally.
You follow through, keep your word, and get stuff done.
