About the role
As an Intermodal Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for performing all operational tasks related to the role. You will be in daily contact with customers to ensure the best possible service outcomes. The role also includes registering and following up on relevant invoices.
Supporting daily intermodal operations,
Solving day-to-day operational issues,
Following and processing intermodal invoices related to daily operations,
Completing relevant registrations through train operators’ systems.
About you
At least 3 years of business experience,
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes,
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours in line with operational needs,
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities,
Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset,
Strong communication skills in English,
Good numeracy skills with high attention to detail,
Proficiency in Excel,
High level of drive and enthusiasm.
