Transaction Services & Restructuring - Senior

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Amsterdam as a Senior. In this role, you will be working in direct contact with different stakeholders at corporate clients and private equities, providing well-structured advice. The assignments can be both in the context of an acquisition (due diligence, independent business reviews, etc.) or a restructuring in crisis.

• You will be part of the team from the initial client meeting pitch to analyses and closing of the deal

• You will execute analyses and identify issues and key drivers that may be of relevance and could have an impact on the transaction or restructuring

• You will summarize your and the team’s findings on analyses of financial statements and business plans in a report to the board and key stakeholders

• You will actively contribute to business development (both internal and external) with an entrepreneurial mindset

• You will be steering and providing guidance to more junior team members
