To strengthen our German office (Frankfurt, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich), we are seeking an ambitious and dedicated professional to join our team as a Manager / Senior Manager Infrastructure Strategy & Operations.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will play a central role in supporting our clients across energy (electricity, gas, and heat) and selected infrastructure sectors (foremost waste, water, and transportation). You will:
work in a highly professional environment to assess and design strategic programs, operational model redesigns, performance improvement, and perform M&A-related activities including commercial due diligence, carve-outs, or integrations.
manage project teams and lead workstreams, actively contributing to the development and expansion of Strategy practice at a European level.
collaborate closely with experts from Transformation, Restructuring, Valuations, Tax, and Transaction Services, focusing on the strategic, technical, and operational dimensions of infrastructure transformation projects.
engage directly with top management of our clients, assume responsibilities in business development and marketing initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth of our rapidly expanding advisory business.
