Corporater is expanding its India operations and hiring Implementation Consultants and Implementation Consultant Trainees to join our Bangalore office.

💼 Roles We’re Hiring For
1️⃣ Implementation Consultant (3–5 years experience)
In this role, you'll lead or support the full cycle of GPRC (Governance, Performance, Risk, Compliance) solution implementations—from requirements gathering and configuration to post-go-live support and training.
2️⃣ Implementation Consultant Trainees (0–2 years experience)
This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a background in computer science/IT. You’ll work alongside senior consultants to support delivery, configuration, and client success while building your skills across tech, business, and enterprise systems.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
For Implementation Consultants
Configure Corporater’s platform for GRC use cases (risk, compliance, audit, policy mgmt).
Design workflows, dashboards, and logic aligned with client needs.
Integrate with ERP, IAM, and BI tools via APIs and standard protocols.
Lead workshops, gather requirements, and support UAT and deployment.
Develop user guides, technical documentation, and deliver training.
Contribute to product evolution through feedback and best practices.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.
For Trainees
Assist with requirement gathering and basic configuration tasks.
Support implementation through testing, scripting, and data validation.
Collaborate on documentation and participate in user training.
Learn best practices in enterprise delivery, platform architecture, and consulting.
Engage in continuous product and domain training with support from senior consultants.
✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed
For Consultants
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in implementation, configuration, or technical consulting.
Strong skills in APIs, SQL, scripting (JavaScript/Java), and system integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
For Trainees
B.E. in Computer Science / IT (mandatory).
0–2 years of experience (including internships or academic projects).
Basic programming skills (Java, JavaScript, Python).
Exposure to SQL, APIs, or version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Willingness to learn fast, collaborate across teams, and grow in a global tech environment.
