What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting healthcare providers with skilled Emergency Medicine professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing an established portfolio of clients and candidates, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.

• Sourcing, screening, and placing doctors in locum and permanent Emergency Medicine roles across Australia.

• Building long-term partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers, delivering tailored staffing solutions.

• Driving business development, identifying new opportunities, negotiating terms, and securing client agreements.

• Delivering exceptional service standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Collaborating with internal teams to share market insights and contribute to strategic initiatives.

• Staying ahead of industry trends, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in Emergency Medicine recruitment.

What will you bring to the role?

• Proven experience and performance as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within healthcare recruitment or a similar high-compliance sector.

• A strong track record in 360 recruitment, including candidate sourcing, client acquisition, and account management.

• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and close deals effectively.

• Resilience and adaptability to manage a busy desk and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.

• High level of professionalism and integrity, ensuring trust and credibility with clients and candidates alike.

• Knowledge of the healthcare sector and compliance requirements is highly desirable, including credentialing and regulatory standards.

What's on offer?

$80K–$100K base salary (depending on experience) + Superannuation + Uncapped Commission
