We are now looking for a Receptionist to join our team and work on-site with one of our key clients in central Helsinki.

About the Role 🚀

In this role, you will be the face of our client’s office and a key part of their daily operations. The client is a fast-growing, international tech company within the consumer services space, known for its dynamic work environment, strong culture, and modern offices.

This is a hands-on and varied role, combining front-desk responsibilities, administration, office coordination and practical support. You will be employed by Four FM and work full-time at the client’s office in central Helsinki.

This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong service mindset who wants to grow within office management, customer service, and facility support.

Key Responsibilities 📊

Your tasks will combine administrative, service-oriented and practical duties, including:

  • Welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact at reception

  • Handling incoming mail, deliveries, invoices and basic administration

  • Supporting meetings and conferences, including preparing meeting rooms

  • Ensuring order, structure and a welcoming office environment

  • Managing office supplies, orders and deliveries

  • Coordinating office services and supporting facility operations

  • Performing light hands-on tasks.

  • Supporting internal events and activities

  • Acting as a coordinating point between the client and Four FM service team

Who We Are Looking For ✨

We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied and practical role, where no two days are the same. You are service-minded, proactive and comfortable taking initiative.

You likely:

  • Have a strong background in customer service (e.g. hospitality, retail, support, office services).

  • Are comfortable with basic administrative tasks and digital tools.

  • Enjoy being hands-on and solving practical problems.

  • Communicate easily with different stakeholders.

  • Are structured, reliable and solution-oriented.

  • Thrive in an international and fast-paced office environment.

  • Previous experience from a reception, office coordinator or similar role is a strong merit, but not a requirement.

Qualifications ✔
  • Fluent English and Finnish, both spoken and written (mandatory)

  • Previous experience in customer service or service-oriented roles

  • Basic administrative experience

  • Good computer skills and experience with Office 365

  • Interest in office support, facilities or workplace services

Employment Details 🕐
  • Full-time, permanent position (with initial probation period).

  • Start date: As soon as possible or according to agreement.

  • Location: Central Helsinki.
