Job Description
Monitor field equipment and instruments and to check the operation conditions of the responsible section are within control range.
Equipment preparation for startup, shutdown and maintenance with the following standard operating procedure.
Prepare and submit daily operation and patrol report to superior.
Assist in troubleshooting if abnormality is found in operation.
Assist to provide details information delivery to next shift.
Do site housekeeping to ensure clean and tidy working environment.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemical, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 1β3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, chemical, or related operational roles preferred; recent graduates with relevant internships may apply.
Familiarity with SOPs, quality control methods, sampling techniques, and basic field or laboratory testing procedures.
Working knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, corrective action processes, and basic mechanical/electrical equipment operation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with production, quality, or inventory management systems is an advantage.
Read, speak, and write in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night) and to travel for work requirements when necessary.
Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
