Job Overview

Job Description

  • Monitor field equipment and instruments and to check the operation conditions of the responsible section are within control range.

  • Equipment preparation for startup, shutdown and maintenance with the following standard operating procedure.

  • Prepare and submit daily operation and patrol report to superior.

  • Assist in troubleshooting if abnormality is found in operation.

  • Assist to provide details information delivery to next shift.

  • Do site housekeeping to ensure clean and tidy working environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemical, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, chemical, or related operational roles preferred; recent graduates with relevant internships may apply.

  • Familiarity with SOPs, quality control methods, sampling techniques, and basic field or laboratory testing procedures.

  • Working knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, corrective action processes, and basic mechanical/electrical equipment operation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with production, quality, or inventory management systems is an advantage.

  • Read, speak, and write in English; additional local language skills are a plus.

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night) and to travel for work requirements when necessary.

  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
