Head of Performance Marketing for a leading B2B iGaming Provider

Our client is a leading B2B iGaming provider and ecosystem that empowers partner brands through advanced technology, analytics, and operational expertise since 2009. Currently, the company is launching a strategic performance-driven vertical aimed at building a proprietary traffic acquisition engine to systematically generate high-quality player acquisitions for its ecosystem.
The company is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to take an intrapreneurial lead in building a new business unit from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CXO, the professional will be responsible for establishing a dual-contour structure: an in-house performance team and a large-scale arbitrage operation. The ultimate goal is to scale the vertical to 5,000 FTDs per month and eventually transition the role into the CEO of a standalone business unit.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in performance marketing with full P&L responsibility.
Deep background in arbitrage, including media buying (Facebook, Google Ads, Native) and affiliate networks.
Extensive experience within the iGaming, betting, or high-risk verticals.
Proven track record of scaling traffic to 1,000+ FTDs per month.
Strong analytical skills focusing on unit economics, LTV modeling, and cohort analysis.
Will be a plus:
Experience in managing external arbitrage teams or affiliate groups.
Technical background in tracking, attribution systems, and complex analytics setups.
Experience managing multi-geo campaigns across LATAM, EU, and emerging markets.
