How will it be to work with us?
Design, build, and refine machine learning models and optimization approaches to solve real operational and business problems.
Take models from prototype to production, writing clean, tested Python code and deploying through our CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor and improve model performance, tuning algorithms and tracking KPIs to drive continuous improvements.
Explore challenges across forecasting, optimization, experimentation, and causal inference, depending on business needs.
Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, Finance, and IT to translate data into actionable solutions.
Stay up to date with industry and academic advances, bringing new ideas to improve our processes and tools.

What will make you succeed in this position:
Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
+1 year of hands-on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
Strong understanding of model design and evaluation (feature engineering, tuning, interpretability…)
Ability to write production-quality Python code using data and ML libraries
Good understanding of MLOps principles (versioning, reproducibility, monitoring)
Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly
Fluent in Spanish and English
Analytical, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
🌟 Nice to have
Master’s Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Optimization, or similar.
Solid software design and testing habit.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Exposure to Big Data tools (Spark, PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, Impala…)
