We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Sourcing and Procurement Transformation team, focusing on the implementation and optimization of the Coupa Procure-to-Report (P2R) solution. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end procurement transformation projects, driving solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

This role offers the opportunity to work with international clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to complex digital procurement programs leveraging market-leading cloud spend management technologies.

Primary Functions and Tasks: 

• Lead and support the implementation of Coupa Procure-to-Report (P2R) solutions across all project phases, from design through deployment and hypercare.

• Facilitate client workshops to gather, challenge, and document business requirements and transform them into solution designs.

• Design and configure Coupa P2R functionalities.

• Act as the functional lead for assigned workstreams and coordinate activities with client stakeholders and project teams.

• Define and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing strategies.

• Analyze complex business issues, identify root causes, and propose sustainable solutions.

• Support integration design and coordination with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and third-party applications.

• Lead data migration and validation activities related to suppliers, users, catalogs, accounting structures, and transactional data.

• Prepare and deliver client training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants and project team members.

• Support go-live preparation, cutover planning, hypercare, and post-production support.

Contribute to proposal development, solution demonstrations, accelerators, and procurement practice growth initiatives

We are looking for:  

A successful candidate combines strong Coupa functional expertise, procurement process knowledge, and consulting skills, with the ability to lead client discussions, own a workstream independently, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex Coupa implementation projects.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Coupa P2R implementations.

• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Procure-to-Report (P2R) business processes.

• Experience leading business workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients.

• Proven experience in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Strong understanding of procurement and finance process integration.

• Experience working in international project environments.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Willing to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Coupa certifications are highly desirable.

• Experience with Source-to-Contract (S2C) modules is an advantage.

• Experience integrating Coupa with ERP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and spend management processes.

• Experience in data migration, reporting, and workflow design.

• Previous consulting experience within a professional services organization.

Languages

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Additional European languages are considered a plus
