Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Design and Marketing Executive to create visually engaging content across both digital and print platforms. The role involves designing marketing materials, social media graphics, and video content, managing website updates through WordPress, and tracking campaign performance to enhance brand consistency and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, document templates, and reports, ensuring alignment with corporate design guidelines
- Create and optimize graphics for social media platforms and promotional campaigns, maintaining brand consistency and engagement
- Schedule and manage content across social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms
- Produce high-quality videos and multimedia content to support marketing initiatives
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging, and on-brand
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and WordPress
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Basic knowledge of HTML for web design
- Familiarity with Figma or other design collaboration platforms, along with a basic understanding of UX/UI principles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Fluency in written and spoken English
