Hopscotch Nursery in Titchfield is seeking a passionate, motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a warm, welcoming and community-focused early years setting
As our Deputy Manager, you will support the Nursery Manager with the effective daily running of the nursery, ensuring that all children receive high-quality education, care and play opportunities. You will be a positive role model to the staff team, uphold Hopscotch’s high standards, and ensure the nursery remains fully compliant with the EYFS, Ofsted and all statutory requirements.
This role requires strong safeguarding knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to support a busy, vibrant early years environment.
In this role you need to have
Experience of working in a fast paced nursery environment.
Level 3 Early years qualification or higher. (Essential)
A positive role modal to staff and children
Knowledge of safeguarding and the DSL role.
Up to date knowledge of EYFS
Strong communication and customer service skills
IT skills to use Word, outlook and Excel
Previous experience with Famly, childcare platform (desirable)

-Starting Salary -£34,715.00
For all Regents Park employees an extra 0.30p per hour worked is paid, as a weighting payment, to recognise the location of the nursery.. This is included within the Salary advertised *Subject to terms and conditions.
