Rental Sales Agent - Porto

Location: Perafita, Porto.

Schedule: 4x2 - 4 days' work, 2 days off, rotating shifts. One week from 08:00am to 18:00pm and one week from 16:00pm to 02:00am

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring an impeccable customer care service;

• Delivering the rental cars to the customers;

• Selling additional services to customers;

• Carefully completing the rental contract and verbal process;

• Checking the state of the vehicle to identify potential damages.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales;

• Mandatory driving license (B category);

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English;

• Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality;

• Excellent customer service and sales skills, along with attention to detail;

• Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills.
