● Create, maintain, and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across the product suite.
● Write clear and actionable design requirements for engineers, and work closely with them throughout implementation.
● Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows and reduce time spent on repetitive tasks.
● Use analytics tools (Mixpanel, etc.) to dig into user data and make recommendations that guide design decisions.
● Conduct a design audit as an initial project, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
● Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and occasionally external partners, presenting design rationale and recommendations.
● Take ownership of design work, manage priorities effectively, and thrive in a lean, startup-like environment.

● Strong knowledge of responsive design across devices and screen sizes.
● Ability to maintain and evolve a design system.
● Proficiency in writing design documentation and specifications.
● Experience working with analytics platforms (ideally Mixpanel) to inform design decisions.
● (Bonus) Front-end coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript). Soft Skills
● Strong communicator who can collaborate seamlessly with engineers and stakeholders.
● Ability to work in a remote-first, multicultural environment.
● Self-starter with excellent time management and ownership skills.
● Product mindset: able to connect design decisions to business goals and user value.
● Open to feedback, yet able to confidently defend and justify design decisions.
Culture Fit
