We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist with previous exposure to aviation logistics, MRO, OEM, or spare-parts operations to join our Technical team in Barcelona.
This role is perfect for someone early in their aviation career who wants to grow in an airline environment while taking real ownership from day one.

How will it be to work with us?
You’ll help keep our fleet ready for take-off by managing the flow of aircraft materials and spare parts — from sourcing to delivery.
- Support C-Checks and heavy maintenance with accurate and timely material coordination.
- Track orders and inventory in AMOS, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up with suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing and Maintenance teams to secure material availability for operational needs.
- Monitor shipments, optimize logistics costs, and ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to reporting, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives.

What will make you succeed in this position:
- At least 6 months of experience in aviation logistics, MRO, OEM, or aircraft spare-parts environments (essential requirement).
- Understanding of aircraft material management — including purchasing, sourcing, or supplier coordination.
- Comfortable dealing with suppliers and following up on deliveries; confident when it comes to communication and negotiation.
- Familiarity with AMOS or similar maintenance/material systems (training will be provided if needed).
- Organized, analytical, and eager to learn — you enjoy problem-solving and taking initiative.
- A proactive, hands-on, and go-getter attitude — you take responsibility and make things happen.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with different teams and external providers.
- Fluent English (written and spoken). Spanish or other European languages are a plus.
- A genuine interest in aircraft operations and maintenance, and the motivation to grow within the aviation supply chain.
