AWS Cloud Architect

Visma's central Public Cloud team is looking for an AWS Cloud Architect to join us. We need an inspiring talent ready for hands-on technical work as well as advisory tasks, helping drive key initiatives like cloud migrations, modernization, and automation.

Public Cloud team is a core enabler of Visma's cloud future, responsible for driving public cloud adoption, optimizing services, and championing a sustainable approach. This is your chance to make a group-wide impact and acquire global visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

As an AWS Cloud Architect, you will be a technical driver and trusted advisor for our Visma teams. Your role will be central to our success, from co-defining the AWS platform strategy and architectural vision to establishing enterprise-wide design patterns for serverless, containerization, and IaC. Together with a team, you will direct and drive complex, hands-on modernization and migration programs, maintain the highest standards of governance and security, and contribute to our operational excellence by automating processes.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven expert who takes responsibility and is enthusiastic about technology. Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience in the field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working directly on AWS.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• A commitment to continuous learning and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
