Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive revenue growth across an established portfolio of partners while identifying opportunities to expand business performance. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the online gaming industry, proven experience managing key accounts, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Partner Managers to achieve and exceed revenue objectives.

  • Take ownership of both personal and team commercial targets and overall performance.

  • Track results against goals, identify improvement areas, and implement actions to ensure delivery.

  • Manage commercial discussions and negotiations with partners to secure mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Support team members with deal negotiations and ensure activities deliver strong return on investment.

  • Develop a strong understanding of partner operations, market trends, and competitive activity.

  • Set team priorities and oversee day-to-day account management activities.

  • Identify strategic growth opportunities across partners and markets.

  • Work closely with senior leadership on key projects, team development, and strategic initiatives.

  • Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key customer accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including product and marketing to support business objectives.

  • Lead regular business reviews with partners to monitor progress and performance.

  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to team development and coaching.
