Workster is partnering with a well-established international company to recruit Danish-speaking Sales Representatives for their expanding team based in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will join a dynamic sales department focused on delivering outstanding service and driving revenue growth across key European markets.
As a Danish Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales interactions with Danish-speaking customers, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving individual and team sales targets. This is an on-site role in Athens with full training provided.
Your Role
Customer Engagement: Handle inbound enquiries and perform outbound outreach to Danish-speaking prospects and customers via phone, email and live chat, ensuring professional, clear and timely communication.
Sales Execution: Promote company products and services, present appropriate solutions, and close sales while meeting or exceeding individual and team targets.
Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, manage renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions and pricing to provide accurate information and tailored recommendations.
CRM and Reporting: Accurately record customer interactions, opportunities and outcomes in the CRM system and contribute to regular sales reporting and forecasting.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing and support to ensure a seamless customer experience and to share market feedback and insights.
Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring customer needs or process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Shift Flexibility: Work in a shift rotation when required to support business hours across European markets, including occasional evenings or weekends.
Your Qualifications
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Danish (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills; strong English proficiency (minimum B2) is required.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in telesales, retail, B2B or contact centre environments.
Commercial Mindset: Results-driven approach with strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Focus: Empathy, active listening and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customer profiles.
IT Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office and new sales platforms; quick to learn and adapt to internal tools and processes.
Problem-Solving: Ability to assess customer needs, propose appropriate solutions and resolve issues while following company policies and compliance requirements.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude, reliability and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales, marketing or related fields is an advantage.
