Head of Technical Apps

We are looking for an experienced Head of Technical Apps to lead our application development teams. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure the successful execution of mobile projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team management, process optimization, project delivery, and technical excellence

• Demonstrated success in steering multiple engineering teams and projects, focused on delivering impactful outcomes throughout the product lifecycle—from development to release.

• Profound systems thinking and in-depth technical acumen to pinpoint obstacles, implement scalable procedures, and lead teams towards effective solutions.
• Willingness to challenge norms, facilitate crucial technical dialogues, and nurture a culture of responsibility and continuous enhancement.
• Proven history of refining engineering operations, establishing order in fast-paced settings, and enhancing technical team performance.
• Background in thriving within startup or dynamic atmospheres that prioritize adaptability, ownership, and interdisciplinary cooperation.
