Associate Product Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update Jira/Asana boards to track tasks and project progress.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing product requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, QA and marketing, to ensure alignment on product objectives.
• Support the execution of Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming and retrospectives.
• Help create and maintain product documentation, including PRD’s, Product Charter and Wireframes.
• Monitor product performance and provide insights for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Technology, etc.).
• 1+ years of experience in a product or project coordination role.
• Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
