Associate QA Engineer

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for mobile and web applications, and mobile based utility tools.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing across various platforms ( Android).
- Understand product requirements and technical specifications to ensure proper test coverage.
- Participate in release processes, ensuring the deployment of high-quality software.
- Provide feedback on the user experience, suggesting improvements and optimizations where applicable.
- Assist in refining and improving testing processes and methodologies.
- Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Take ownership of assigned modules or tasks and deliver with quality.
- Collaborate with developers and senior QA engineers to understand features and expected behavior.
- Assist in ensuring app quality by reviewing crash reports, analyzing basic analytics, and verifying test results using Firebase tools under team guidance.
- Have a basic understanding of AdMob policies and assist in testing ad integrations to verify correct behavior, placement, and compliance under supervision.
Requirements
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, QA best practices, and SDLC.
- Exposure to mobile ad testing (AdMob, Meta Audience Network, etc.) and compliance validation.
- Basic Knowledge of cloud-based device testing platforms like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or Firebase Test Lab.
- Experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar bug-tracking and test management tools.
- Basic understanding of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
- Proven hands on expertise in software testing or quality assurance, preferably with mobile and web applications.
