We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Executive to drive client initiatives in talent and technical solutions. This role will focus on advising clients on their talent capabilities, optimizing team structures, and implementing strategies that utilize your technical expertise with clients’ growth goals.

Role

Technical Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive revenue growth strategies by working with both new and existing clients, focused on AI-powered solutions and team augmentation services. This role combines strategic advisory, hands-on execution, and consultative selling to help clients transform their operations through intelligent automation and scalable team structures.

Anticipated salary band: $132,000 - $185,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Selling

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for AI solutions and team augmentation services

  • Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning in the AI/automation space

  • Create scalable frameworks for client acquisition and retention

  • Design growth experiments and measure performance against key metrics

AI Solutions Selling

  • Lead consultative sales processes for complex AI implementations

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify automation opportunities within client organizations

  • Present AI use cases, ROI projections, and implementation roadmaps to C-level executives

  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope AI projects and define success metrics

  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Team Augmentation Strategy

  • Assess client staffing needs and recommend optimal team augmentation models

  • Design hybrid workforce strategies combining full-time, contract, and AI-powered resources

  • Develop pricing models and service packages for various augmentation scenarios

  • Create onboarding processes that seamlessly integrate augmented team members

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Serve as trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation initiatives

  • Facilitate workshops on AI adoption, change management, and team optimization

  • Provide ongoing strategic guidance throughout client engagement lifecycle

  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships

Market Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and vendors

  • Represent the company at AI conferences, trade shows, and networking events

  • Create thought leadership content around AI trends and team augmentation best practices

  • Develop referral partnerships with complementary service providers

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years in growth, business development, or strategic consulting roles

  • 3+ years of experience selling AI/ML solutions, automation tools, or technology services

  • Proven track record in team augmentation, staff augmentation, or workforce solutions

  • Experience with enterprise B2B sales cycles ($100K+ deal sizes)

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, use cases, and implementation challenges

  • Familiarity with automation platforms, workflow tools, and integration capabilities

  • Knowledge of various team augmentation models (offshore, nearshore, hybrid)

  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with specific AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, AWS AI services)

  • Background in management consulting or professional services

  • Track record of successfully scaling teams from startup to growth stage

  • Industry certifications in AI, project management, or sales methodologies
