The Role

The Enrolment and Claims Officer play a critical role in ensuring Corndel remains compliant with funding regulations while delivering a smooth and efficient learner onboarding experience. You will be responsible for managing learner enrolments and funding claims accurately, on time, and in line with external funding rules and internal business priorities.

This role requires strong attention to detail, confidence working with data and systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Operations, and Curriculum teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply funding rules and guidance to assess learner eligibility and programme compliance

  • Manage programme starts and learner registrations within defined timescales

  • Liaise with learners and internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and review required documentation

  • Maintain accurate learner records in Management Information Systems, ensuring data integrity at all times

  • Ensure all enrolment and claims activity is completed accurately, on time, and in line with funding requirements

  • Communicate compliance decisions clearly and appropriately to relevant stakeholders

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of funding rules, data requirements, and audit expectations

  • Support Curriculum and Operations teams by providing guidance on funding and claims requirements

  • Identify risks, issues, or gaps in data or compliance and escalate where appropriate

About You

You are detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated by doing things properly and compliantly. You take ownership of your work, manage your time effectively, and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

You enjoy working with rules, processes, and data, and you are confident asking questions and seeking clarification to get things right. You take pride in accuracy and understand the importance of compliance in a regulated setting.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • High attention to detail and a “right first time” approach to work

  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to interpret and apply complex rules or guidance accurately

  • Sound judgement, with the confidence to escalate issues when required

  • Comfortable working at pace while maintaining quality and accuracy

  • Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems

Experience (Desirable)

  • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment

  • Experience in enrolment, claims, funding administration, or similar operational roles

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, process-driven organisation

  • Understanding of the purpose and importance of enrolment and claims functions
