About the role
We're collaborating with a rapidly expanding FX brokerage in Lisbon, specializing in the Brazilian market. This sales position emphasizes converting warm leads in a high-performance setting, with excellent earning opportunities and defined paths for advancement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reach out to warm leads and turn them into active trading accounts

  • Foster lasting relationships with Brazilian clients and guide them through onboarding

  • Train clients on platforms, products, and market possibilities

  • Encourage deposits and boost trading volume

  • Perform regular follow-ups to enhance long-term client value

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English (at least B2 level)

  • Prior sales, telesales, or conversion experience (ideally in FX, crypto, or iGaming)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities

  • Results-oriented approach with emphasis on targets and income potential

  • Comfort in a dynamic, high-pressure sales atmosphere
