At Beneq, you’ll play a hands-on role ensuring that our operations stay efficient and reliable. As part of the Purchasing & Materials Management team you’ll collaborate closely with Sourcing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Life Cycle Services to make sure every component gets where it needs to be—safely, accurately, and on time.

This fixed-term position, starting as soon as possible and lasting until the end of August 2026, is a great opportunity for someone who’s proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative in a hands-on logistics environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As our Warehouse Operator, you will:

• Handle and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Pick and prepare parts for manufacturing and internal deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse organization (5S) and inventory accuracy in SAP and other systems.
• Support shipping and logistics operations, including packing, labelling, and coordination with logistics partners.
• Operate warehouse equipment (such as forklifts) safely and efficiently.
• Join continuous improvement projects related to warehouse management and material flow.

In our compact and collaborative warehouse team, you’ll take part in a wide range of tasks and gain a broad understanding of factory logistics from end to end. Must-haves

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• Willingness to learn SAP and warehouse management tools
• Motivation and readiness for physical warehouse work
• Good teamwork and communication skills - English is our working language
• A positive attitude and flexibility to adapt when priorities change

Strong pluses

• Forklift license or previous forklift experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments

Contract & Working Time

• Fixed-term position starting as soon as possible and lasting until the end of August 2026, supporting our Warehouse Team during a temporary workforce need.
• Weekdays (Monday–Friday), daytime
• Flexible working hours within the day shift
