ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a hands-on Cloud & Systems Administrator to join our IT & Cybersecurity team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hybrid environments, understands compliance expectations, and enjoys building secure, reliable systems within a regulated setting. You will oversee key infrastructure components, maintain strong governance practices, and own BCP/DR processes across the business.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage hybrid infrastructure spanning Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-prem systems.
  • Support cloud migration initiatives, server maintenance, and access management through Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Maintain, update, and test backup, Business Continuity (BCP), and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures.
  • Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with ICT governance, GDPR, DORA, and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation, system inventories, and configuration records.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in systems and cloud administration within an ICT or regulated environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Linux systems.
  • Solid understanding of ICT governance, compliance frameworks, and audit documentation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Language: Native/Fluent Hebrew is highly preferred. Fluent English is required.
