About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Service Design / Design Strategy Lead to help shape the future of digital brand experiences within emerging multi-brand ecosystems.As organizations evolve into systems integrators, their technologies and services are increasingly embedded within partner and OEM digital interfaces. This transformation creates both an opportunity and a strategic challenge: ensuring that the brand remains visible, trusted, and differentiated even when it is not the primary interface owner.This assignment focuses on defining a scalable ingredient branding strategy for digital HMI ecosystems — establishing the strategic foundation, principles, and governance models that will guide how brands co-exist across complex partner environments.
The role is highly strategic and centered on early-phase direction-setting rather than detailed UI execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead early-stage strategic work including alignment, discovery, research, and principle definition
Define brand hierarchy and interaction models across partner and subsidiary brands
Develop strategic principles for:
Brand visibility and endorsement strategies
Multi-brand coexistence within shared digital experiences
Core visual and interaction logic
Create scalable frameworks and decision models (e.g., Standard / Bespoke / Avoid scenarios)
Facilitate alignment across Brand, Product, Design, and external partner stakeholders
Produce strategic design documentation, concept frameworks, and guideline material
Enable smooth handover to UX/UI teams for downstream visualization and implementation phases
Requirements:

Deep expertise in:
Brand architecture
Ingredient branding
Endorsement strategies
Experience ecosystems
Proven experience working within complex, partner-driven, multi-brand environments
Strong systems thinking and conceptual design capabilities
Ability to communicate ideas visually through conceptual mockups and illustrative frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, product organizations, and engineering teams
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping strategic direction in evolving environments
Preferred Experience:
10+ years of experience in brand design, service design, experience design, or design strategy
Demonstrated success leading strategic design or brand frameworks at organizational level
Experience within B2B, industrial, automotive, marine, or other technically complex industries
Familiarity with digital interfaces, HMI systems, connected products, or platform ecosystems
Strong ability to influence across organizational and partner boundaries
