As a Process Development Scientist, you’ll design and optimize synthetic processes for peptide and/or oligonucleotide APIs, bridging the gap between lab research and large-scale cGMP manufacturing. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver safe, high-quality products to customers worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and scale up synthetic and purification processes for peptide and oligonucleotide APIs.
- Lead technology transfers from Development to Production across sites.
- Run and monitor chemical processes using advanced HPLC and reactor systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective manufacturing.
- Maintain strong safety, quality, and documentation practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 1+ year of experience, or Master’s with 5+ years.
- Background in organic or peptide chemistry, process development, and downstream purification.
- Familiarity with cGMP environments and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with curiosity for innovation and process improvement.

Salary: $90k-$120k
