Rewards & Compliance Associate
Job Overview
The Rewards & Compliance Associate is responsible for ensuring that all operational processes related to compensation, benefits, employment contracts, and compliance are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with internal policies and local regulations. This role acts as both an executor and a gatekeeper in the rewards and compliance system, supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, through reliable operational excellence.
Purpose of Role
Holding operational authority focused on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all assigned tasks
Not responsible for making strategic or policy decisions
Ensuring data precision and meeting processing deadlines
Handling multiple priorities effectively
Demonstrating adaptability and quick learning across various operational processes
Showing initiative in improving efficiency
Demonstrating genuine interest and passion in payroll, compliance, reward systems, and employee benefits
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or employee benefits management, offering and employee assistance
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and calculations.
Good understanding of HR operational processes, payroll cycles, and basic labor or tax compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HRIS or payroll systems.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
