About the role

We’re looking for an HR Intern to support our People team across recruiting, onboarding, and core HR operations. This role offers meaningful, hands-on experience and exposure to how a growing organization builds strong teams and thoughtful people practices.

You’ll work closely with HR and cross-functional partners to help create a positive and organized experience for candidates and employees. This is a learning-focused opportunity where you’ll contribute to real projects, gain practical skills, and see how HR supports business growth.

What you'll do

Recruiting & Talent Coordination

  • Help schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with job postings and candidate follow-up
  • Support early-stage resume review and outreach when appropriate

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Assist with onboarding logistics and documentation
  • Help prepare welcome materials and first-day schedules
  • Support new hire coordination to ensure a smooth transition
  • Contribute to employee engagement efforts and internal initiatives

HR Operations

  • Maintain organized and confidential employee records
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation tracking
  • Support benefits and compliance-related administrative tasks
  • Help update internal HR resources and process guides

Process & Project Support

  • Assist with documenting HR processes as we grow
  • Identify opportunities to improve organization and efficiency
  • Contribute to special projects across recruiting, compliance, and employee experience

Qualifications

Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Interest in learning about HR, recruiting, and people operations

Skills & Working Style

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with care
  • Proactive and willing to ask questions
  • Comfortable in evolving, fast-paced environments
  • Collaborative and supportive team member
