  • Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
  • Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.
  • Patient Care - provide outstanding care to our patients
  • Responsible for appropriate appointment scheduling
  • Tending to patients' needs in relation to appointments, medical letters, finances and reporting
  • Completing admin tasks in a timely manner
  • Effectively fulfilling admin requirements delegated from clinicians/senior team members
