At Abano Healthcare, we’re looking for an experienced Level 3 - Service Desk Engineer to join our growing IT team in this newly created position. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing high-level support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations across our business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Solid experience with physical server builds and hardware maintenance and deployment
✅Microsoft Stack Support – Windows Server administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
✅ Office 365 Administration – Managing users, policies, security, and collaboration tools.
✅ Intune & Autopilot – Device management, deployment, and configuration.
✅ Meraki & Networking – Troubleshooting network issues and optimizing performance.
✅ Azure Management – Overseeing cloud resources, security, and automation.
✅ Escalation & Problem-Solving – Handling complex IT issues that require in-depth technical expertise.
