Dental Assistant/Receptionist | Lumino Courtenay Place | Fixed-Term

We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice in Wellington, New Zealand. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients while also providing chairside assistance to our dental professionals.

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring proper instrument handling and patient comfort
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments according to established protocols
• Maintain accurate and organise patient records and documentation
• Schedule appointments, manage patient inquiries, and handle administrative tasks efficiently
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care
• Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues

The hours for this role are: 

• Monday - Friday: 7.45am - 5.15pm 

This is a fixed term position for parental leave.
