Dental Assistant | Lumino Chartwell & Garden Place | Part Time

Join our friendly teams at Lumino Chartwell and Lumino Garden Place! We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant to become an integral part of our Hamilton practices.

This is a varied role where you'll work across both locations, supporting our clinicians while helping deliver an exceptional patient experience. Approximately 2 days each week will be spent at Lumino Garden Place, with the remaining 2 to 3 days rostered at Lumino Chartwell, offering variety and the opportunity to work with multiple clinicians and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians during a wide range of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain the highest standards of infection control
• Sterilise instruments and ensure equipment is ready for use
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment notes
• Monitor and replenish clinical supplies
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for every patient

Hours

This role operates on a fortnightly roster totaling 72 hours per fortnight (excluding unpaid breaks):

Week One (39 hours)

• Monday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 3:00pm

Week Two (33 hours)

• Monday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
