AA Business Excellence Lead
Full-time AssociateJob Overview
This is a dual-function role covering both Business Excellence and managing AA partnership and operations with distributors for four key markets in Asia. The incumbent needs to lead in the Business Excellence initiatives in Singapore to improve the effectiveness, profitability and growth of sales and marketing functions, while driving customer engagement transformation. This includes driving improvements in SFE, adoption and utilization of VEEVA CRM, generation of business analytics and insights, sales incentive design, multichannel customer engagement, embedding strategic account management and enablement of commercial capability development. The incumbent will manage key relationships and budgets with distributors and other external parties to ensure agreement objectives are met to support the growth of the business in the four markets under distribution arrangements.
Business Excellence
Asia Region
- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of BE processes. Identify and realize areas of synergy.
- Support process changes/improvements driven above-market.
- Provide reports and analysis for Asia Region to provide Region management with key dashboards and insights.
- Drive SFE by partnering with Area and local teams.
Singapore
- Commercial Policy Management and analysis
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyst: Gather and interpret data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Quality Management: Data driven approach to ensure that business practices align with company standards for quality and excellence and for continuous improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on process performance, improvements, and outcomes to senior management.
- Training & Development: Support product training programs to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Alliance Manager
- Ensure strategic alignment with AA campaigns
- Ensure Distributors are delivering on expectations including short-term performance, investment into growing the business and delivery on DA terms
- Operations including S&OP, managing regulatory and ops changes
- Central Point of Contact for Distributor to reach AbbVie
- Drive and coordinate requests for materials, training, faculty, site visits etc.
- Reach out to cross-functional teams (Medical, AMI, Finance, Comms etc.) for support as required
- Single Point of Contact for AbbVie cross-functionals teams
- Deliver on global/regional projects e.g. OMI, change in product flows (redressing, RDC etc.)
- Business case and planning for new product introduction
