The primary objective of this position is to provide financial leadership for Allergan Aesthetics’s (AA) US Commercial, overseeing $3bn+ revenue in a very exciting aesthetics market. Specifically, this position is responsible for all reporting and analysis related to Plan, LBE and LRP, decision-making support and recommendations to Senior Management taking into consideration business dynamics and resourcing. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring the support of cross portfolio initiatives, SG&A management across AA and the monitoring of process lanes including but not limited to OTC, P2P, R2R and EBE .
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning - Lead the planning processes [Plan, LBE and LRP] and synthesize US portfolio story for Global and Corporate reviews, while ensuring accurate and timely integration of sales forecast, pricing, and investment resourcing.
- Ensure financial planning deliverables are accurate, clear, and concise for Executive level review and approval.
- Work closely with business partners to ensure adequate and appropriate resourcing levels. Drive SG&A for Allergan Data Labs and Global functions, Headcount and Capital management in constant collaboration with brand Finance Directors.
- Drive standardization and automation in existing PowerBI landscape, collaborating with Global CoE and local subject matter experts.
- Work closely with brand finance partners to develop models that accurately incorporate market dynamics including market share and market growth. Assure consistency across brands in financial templates, deliverables, and key analysis.
- Management of all reporting activities included but not limited to: LBEs, PLN, LRP, Daily/Weekly Sales, Budgeting monitoring.
- Decision Support/Special Projects -- Provide analyses for ad hoc or other business presentations that lend insight into key business drivers enabling operating management to adapt more appropriate tactics/strategy to meet the LRP objectives.
- Management of cross portfolio initiatives and support Global functions on their financial requirements (including but not limited to Loyalty (Alle), Marketing analytics, Practice Economics, Customer Operations, Communications, etc).
- Oversight all process lanes within the US AA organization including but not limited to OTC, P2P (process, policy training, compliance, and monitoring), R2R (month close process and month end reconciliations standardization) and EBE (monitoring and policy training and compliance).
- Staff Development – responsible for delegating to and coaching a staff of (5) employees to ensure an optimal level of support to the business and provide coaching and career development opportunities to sustain a high performing staff, on a temporary basis responsible to lead the summer internship program for US AA.
