Senior MEP Commercial Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior MEP Commercial Engineer to join our dynamic team . The Senior MEP Commercial Engineer will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Oversee and manage the MEP commercial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders and bids.
  • Negotiate contracts and POs terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial issues and disputes.
  • Prepare and present commercial reports to senior management.
