Senior MEP Tendering and Procurement Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior MEP Tender and Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Senior MEP Tender and Procurement Engineer will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the MEP commercial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and manage budgets and cost plans.
• Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders and bids.
• Negotiate contracts and POs terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for commercial issues and disputes.
• Prepare and present commercial reports to senior management.
